Envelope

'Envelope' is taken from an acrylic painted original study inspired by Blickling Lodge Teapot. Having completed the main painting, I also wanted to capture some of the individual elements. The envelope was one of those. It was the detailed layers in the envelope that intrigued me, from the ripped top to the lightly pressed sorting office stamp and then how it was folded, crumpled and put in the Teapot.
